“insurance and breakdown cover”

After dealing with sales lady Lauren Peat who was very efficient and pleasant,I was quite happy to take out cover with One Call.
Regarding the breakdown cover I was astounded that after taking out cover,I was told that I WAS NOT COVERED FOR 14 DAYS,SO WHAT HAPPENS IF I BREAK DOWN IN THAT PERIOD AFTER PAYING FOR 12 MONTHS COVER ( less 14 days}.there is no way they would cover me for that 14 days .I AM SURE YOU COULD DO BETTER.
