“Not Understanding Request”

I emailed One Call requesting a Certificate of Motor Insurance which was not sent with my car insurance renwal document. After 2 days Simon Rix replied asking if I was enquiring about Motor Insurance or Home Insurance?? My original email clearly stated Motor Insurance. Today i received attached to an email from Simon Rix a copy of my Certificate of Motor Insurance which expire in 4 days time??? Can someone please get this person to rewad his emails more carefully and get me the Certificate for the year commencing July 3rd 2012.

I have tried on several occasions to telephone without success as busy people do not have all day to wait until someone answers the phone.
