“Flawless service”

I have to say I was amazed at the sheer level of service I received from Diamond Manufacturers. They were fantastic every step of the way. I bought an engagement ring and had the option of creating my own ring or using pre-sets. I ended up creating my own ring which gave me a bit more flexibility in finding the perfect style. I ordered Sunday afternoon and received the ring Tuesday morning. Regardless of what I ordered they were able to facilitate this and provide it with a 1-2 day turn-around.

I even received a phone call a couple of hours after ordering from someone saying the order had been processed and delivery could be expected Tuesday morning. We live in a day and age where customer service is paramount in any transaction. Anyway I digress, I wholeheartedly recommend this company for cust. service, efficiency and very reasonable price
