“Fantastic Aftersales Service”

We bought a mini micro scooter for our 4 yr olds birthday, as many of his friends had them and he had wanted one for a while.

Unfortunately not long after purchasing, the scooter broke but one call to Micro Scooters was all it took - they swung into action and after sending them some further details & pictures, a new replacement scooter was immediately ordered, under warranty.

Obviously we are very happy with the outcome but I was even more impressed by the friendly, professional nature of the member of staff at Micro Scooters and the speed at which they turned the issue around.

Having read lots of reviews of these scooters, I think we must have just been unlucky the original broke - but its great to know there are still some companies out there that obviously pride themselves on quality customer service and aftersales customer care.
