I ordered a strimmer for store collection on 16 June 2012. Payment was taken immediately. The following day I was told there would be a slight delay but no more than 2 weeks. I was then offered an alternative yet this was also not available. 2 weeks later still no strimmer therefore grass edges as tall as the house. I contacted Toolnet today only to be told there will be a further 3 weeks delay, although 'no guarantees' no that timescale. I then had to argue to get a refund. Let's hope they are as efficient at returning money as taking it. Not an apology in sight by the way. In fact, the implication is that the delay is somehow my fault.
