My contract finished and they continued to charge me for their phone insurance plan, despite being told it would terminate when my contract ended.
When I called to ask why this had happened I was unable to get through and therefore terminated the direct debit myself with my bank. I was then hassled by text message with requests to call them - which I eventually did.
When I asked for a refund over the phone they told me that because I had not called them they would not do this and would take the amount as an admin charge! I explained that this was ridiculous and I was calling them now, but they would not listen - I was not even able to speak to a manager.
Ridiculous, shoddy service and I would definitely never use again! If I was you I would search for an alternative provider.
