“Totally ripped off”

I joined Sheilas wheels as it was the cheapest cover, little did i know what was about to happen. I moved address after 2 months and they wanted to increase my fee from £320 to £120 per year - I had moved to a quiet place from a big town how it works no one knows. To make matters worse i was told that i had a cancellation fee of £25 only to receive a letter from a dedt company saying i owe £77 pounds....still fighting with them.
