“Informative & So Easy”

We really liked the ease of navigation of Booking.com. The ability to select the dates wanted and search a wide geographical area meant we used it for numerous booking over our trip.

Regarding the actual listings: the photos of bedrooms, bathrooms etc. are essential when making a choice and we preferred the hotels which gave precisely detailed descriptions of the rooms and other facilities.
For example we did wonder whether 'private bathroom' actually meant the bathroom was inside the room. So as we wanted a bathroom in the bedroom we ignored those that said 'private bathroom' not being sure if these were actually in the rooms. We decided to select hotels that specified 'En Suite' which is more explicit.

We admired the effeciency of the confirmation email, which included everything from Customer Service Info to Driving Directions. the cancellation policy and the ability to change our bookings. Although the proof of the pudding regarding the quality of the hotels we booked will be when we arrive at our various destinations, Booking.com has been a real pleasure to work with.
