Bought this for a friend's night out which was Jersey Shore themed. As I am ridiculously pale and never fake tanned before, didn't want to spend on St Tropez products as didn't think it would be worth it if went wrong!

I started applying five days before the night out and the next day found I already had a bit of a glow which was surprising, five days later after applying every night after my shower I had a really nice colour - wasn't streaky or too orange and looked natural even for me considering I never tan and only burn if I go out in the sun.

The smell at first was really nice but after a while I found it a bit sickening and a weird biscuit-chemical smell, it wasn't too bad though after some body spray - barely noticed it. The only other downside was that I felt sticky for ages afterwards and was a bit nervous about staining stuff, but that didn't happen so all good.

I don't know if fake tans smell bad or leave you sticky, I'm guessing so from the other reviews and apart from those two things I'm really happy with this product, especially at the price! It didn't quite make me Jersey Shore levels of tan but I did have a nice colour and its lasted with only topping it up once a week so well worth the money I think.
