We found that the price quoted on the website wasn't a live price and several days after we believed we'd made a booking the price went up by several hundred pounds. The initial price was still being advertised on the website. Once all the extras/fees/unexpected charges have been added it is no longer a cheap holiday. We got a cheaper price with Thomson for an equivalent holiday with the security of their customer service and the bonus of on site reps once there. I wouldn't try to book with on the beach again. Customer service was very poor.
