When I think about Continental I get sick to my stomach.



I was relocating across the country from Philadelphia to Portland Oregon and had to have my animals shipped out with me. I called Continental's "Pet Help" desk about 5 times and could not manage to get a competent, helpful person on the phone. One man I spoke to continuously told me that I had no idea what I was talking about and that I coddled my pets. He raised his voice at me for no reason and talked down to me like a child. This was the most horrendous "customer service" I have ever experienced! I was very nice to him and there was no reason for him to speak to me this way. I literally hung up in shock and in tears. Another girl I got on the phone refused to answer half of my questions and gave me attitude the whole time. It was all very frustrating and I ended up finding another means for transporting my animals.



When I have previously flown Continental the employees have been miserable, incompetent, and self-righteous. My flights were ALWAYS late. And they never have vegetarian food. Thankfully, I'm not flying Continental anymore.
