“Happy with service”

I have made two orders from ASOS so far and am generally happy with the service. The first item I ordered was a dress. I saw it online and looked at the size guide and the size/height of the model to determine what size I wanted, however when I got the dress it was far too big. This was most likely my mistake and so I packaged it for return. I was very impressed wih the ease of returns - free, prepaid label, simple tick boxes as to why you want to return it. I am unsure as to whether I have been refunded yet but will know shortly.
I recently ordered another dress as a replacement - it was a fantastic deal as I got it for £20.50 when it was originally £38.00 due to it being in the sale and using the deal for newcomers singning up to the website including 10% off and free next day delivery. I was kept informed as to the status of my order throughout the next day and was very impressed with the communication. The dress was gorgeous and very flattering, a very good fit and I even got a free tresemme split end treatment sample in with the dress!
Will definitley order from ASOS again - very good service.
