My mother is 85 has homecare 400, sold on the basis of "no need to worry" "no need to look for a plumber" "do not get ripped off"
23/12/2010 found a leak from the kitchen ceiling. Called the service help line. Told best they do is 17th January. When pushed by me told that they were not even taking "dire emergencies" in the area. Best thing would be to call a plumber! What are we paying you for I asked, they hung up.
