“Highly Recommended ”

Great prices, great selection of books and most importantly of all great customer service.

Twice I have needed to use the customer service dept. Unlike another on line book service I use (used actually...I no longer order anything from there) No guessing where the help section is, no automated responses. Instead each time my e-mail was promptly responded by an individual representative and a resolution quickly arrived at.


The service isn't as speedy as some other websites, and there doesn't appear to be an option to upgrade delivery options. However, once you get used to this it's not that big an issue.

There's still the facility to create a wishlist (for all those future purchases) and the checkout facility is quick and easy. Bonus points for accepting paypal.

Pre-orders do have to be paid for in advance, which initially I was a little wary of. However, knowing I've got a few books coming later in the year that are already paid for are a treat to look forward to.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
