“Nice phone complicated software”

Ive had my iphone 4 for over a year now and must say it has been a god send for email and my work in general.

My only concerns with the phone have to be the fact that it does every now and then seem to freeze up when trying to scroll down emails for example.

Also I managed to break my laptop and had to have a replacement. This became a completed nitemare when I tried to back my phone back up to the itunes software and instead wiped my phone!
