Booked a holiday- 2 weeks all inclusive at Playa Real, Costa Adeje, Tenerife.
Arrived at East Midlands, everything was ok at that end.
Landed at Tenerife South to find out our booked shuttle was non existant, paid for a taxi to hotel, come to check in, got told the room was designed for 3 people max ( there were 4 of us) and had to pay for another room.
A1 Travel rep at hotel was useless, got spoken to by her like something found on her shoe
