“Progressively Worse”

I've been using Selftrade for a decade, since they were ComDirect, and they were excellent, cost effective and helpful. That has changed in the last few years as they have introduced different management fees, annual or inactivity fees which seek to maximise profit if you aren't on their website constantly trading.
Their website is one of the worst I've ever used, not user friendly and difficult to navigate but generally the worse thing is penalising users for nt being day traders.
