“magazine keeps sticking driving me mad”

had the gun just over 2 months and the magazine keeps sticking after 3/4 shots can any one help with a solution bought a new mag and doing the same ready to sell gun as not a happy chappy,got a nice thumbhole stock and feels nice and light to handle,would realy like to keep the gun but seriously rethinking, have emailed air arms several times but dont seem interested
