First contacted Alamo customer service Tuesday 12th June 2012, made contact by email five times ,first when they eventually re
plied said I would be contact within five working days. Nothing. Then I telephoned customer service and was given a claim number and was told that my complaint was sent to the manager at Gatwick. Guess what NOTHING..Now the 25th June.
This is the worst car rental car company I have ever dealt with be advised..
