“Carrental.co.uk my favorite”

The Carrental.co.uk site is easy to use and gives you a good selection of Car Rental Providers. There are plenty of options to tailor your request and the service is fast and efficient. However the description of the cars is a bit ambiguous and are not aligned with some of the supplier classes e.g. intermediate cars tend to be more expensive and larger than standard cars and SUV's could be a small 4X4's or people carriers depending on the supplier.
Once you have choosen your car you are re-directed to the supplier website which was not as user friendly and some suppliers do not advise you that the pick up point will not be inside the the terminal building until after you have paid for the voucher. Also last time I booked using carrental.co.uk the icon displayed a Renault 7 seater people carrier, which I knew had a good Euro NCAP rating so I chose this. The supplier showed the same icon stating this this or a similar vehicle would be supplied but when I went to pick the car up they offered me a fiat doblo, which does not have the same NCAP rating and was basically a van with seats.
