Booking.com was so easy to access and use. I got a brilliant rate at my preferred hotel- much better than any of the offers on any other site, including the hotel's own. The confirmation email arrived instantly, unlike from another major provider, whom I had to ring to check that the hotel had actually been booked. I will definitely use Bookng.com again!
