“Very professional service”

I didn't book directly with Fleetway but I was directed to them by a reputable online site. I was very impressed by the way they handled my booking specially as the initial booking contained the wrong room type and they dealt with it promptly. I am happy to say the entire trip was organised without a glitch and I would definetly go to Fleetway direct next time. The only minor complaint I would mention was the fact that when I tried to call customer srvices I would be placed on hold for atleast 10 minutes each time, however once the phone was answered the persons I spoke to we're very courteous and professional and managed to deal with the issue promptly.

All in all a great service and great prices too.
