Me and my friend payed £115 each for nicki minaj tickets it is now 4 days before and we haven't received our tickets. The phones are automated and their aren't any people to speak to and emails are ignored. Their guarantee clearly says about a refund which they have not kept to and I will be making sure we do recieve this even if I have to get the police involved because people like this will keep on ripping people off unless somebody bothers to do something.
