“Don't use them ”

The manager Tracey came to give me an estimate on Monday which I thought was over priced but because they were a reputable company I went with them. She said when she gets back to the office she will call me what time they can come on Friday. It was Wednesday still hadn't heard call them Wednesday left message twice on Thursday only to be told they couldn't locate my paper work and they are fully booked on Friday!!! After I complained she said she will get someone out at 12.30. On Friday they turned up at 11 early!!! Then didn't have a clue what they had to do . When I called the manager again to say I wasn't happy - she didn't really seem bother. I paid the girls as the did what they could. But never again will I use them - so unprofessional.
