“On the whole I read the reviews and feared the worst...”

Good Points
Room was clean, albeit dated, and benefited from basic A/C system. Pool clean, but make sure you wear goggles as chlorine strong. Food good, however, somewhat repetitive.

Bad Points
Hotel dated and owners not prepared to spend money improving it as it is to be redeveloped. Staff a bit hit and miss, however, this may be due to guests constantly complaining! During our seven day stay a large group of Italian language students stayed in the hotel, which did not to the appeal of the hotel and once this left it improved. The rooms are basic and the towels are to be seen to be believed, that is if they remember to leave any! The location itself is also noisy.

General Comments
On the whole I read the reviews and feared the worst but it was okay for a short stay, but I cannot say we will be rushing back!
