“The quality and service is good”

The jumpers and cardigans are good value and the delivery is prompt. I bought 2 lanbswool cardigans and an English wool cardigan for colder days .

The lambswool is good and so is the English wool cardigan, but the buttons on the latter are grotesque and really detract from the garment.
One button fell off as soon as I opened the packet. It just saved me the trouble of removing it.I also found that the process of putting on the buttons had worked a hole in the wool behind the buttons in 2 of the six buttons.

Also the English wool cardigan has some finishing flaws with bits of wool in places not being sewn down and therefore needed to be stiched back or a hole would form.
