“service and email”

Until about 8 weeks ago I was delighted with Virgin Media. Have been with them for over 10 years. However, since virgin mail joined with Google I have been innundated with spam- over 3000, in the last 8 weeks. I have tried to contact google about this and have phone Viginn Media several times. Once I was told that they could not do anything, the laast time I phoned I was told tht there was a problem with the server and thy would contact me when it was fixed. I am still waiting.
When I first joined Virgin Media the service was first class. You could talk to a person and your problem was sorted out fairly quickly. Now it takes about half an hour to get through to someone and thet are not interested in your complaint. With regard to email Security,Vrgin Media was first class. I had the option to set my own security levels and I rarely had any spam. Those security settins disappeared when google came on the scene and now I am thoroughly annoyed with both Goole and Virgin media for refusing to take up my complaint. It would appear that I have only one other solution left aand this I am now looking into this.
