WRITE A REVIEW

“Website fine -don't phone!”

Website is very easy to navigate and efficient - I have used it to book hotels in Scotland and Spain. However when I phoned to try and organise a booking in a hotel that was obviously nearly full, the assistant promised to phone the hotel later (lines were busy) and get back to me - but never did. I did go onto book another nearby hotel using the website with absolutely no problems so was not desperately unhappy - just a little aggrieved!
