WRITE A REVIEW

“THEY DON'T GUARANTEE ANYTHING!”

I ordered Barry Manilow 2 tickets and paid £69 for each one. I didn't recieve the tickets (on a printed piece of A4!!) until the very last minute. They were the tickets to the right event BUT they weren't tickets in MY name and they cost £28. I have emailed Viagogo twice about this and they will not even aknowlegde my emails. I think it's disgusting that I've lost £82 because they're not doing the job they claim they "guarantee". I certainly won't be using this site ever again and I'll be advising others to stay well away. It's a disgrace!
