“Not happy with Amazon”

I have been dealing with Amazon over 5 years,been fairly happy till last week, I bought Motorola Razr Maxx Sim Free Smartphone and tired couple of days then did not get with OS and simply send it back to Amazon for refund
couple of days later have received e-mail from Trina Corbett (Executive Customer Relations within Amazon.co.uk) saying (A careful review of your account indicates that you have required refunds on a large majority of your orders for a variety of reasons)
(In the normal course of business, the occasional problem is inevitable. The rate at which such problems have occurred on your account is extraordinary, however, and cannot continue. Effective immediately, your Amazon account is closed and you are no longer able to shop with Amazon.co.uk)
I was shocked to get this e-mail, I asked them are you sure you are writing to me not someone else!!I have also paid extra £50 for become premium member
I have only send this mobile phone and faulty hard drive (DOA) last 6 months!! I felt like been treated like sh*t, also I have amazon credit card too, and I spend well over 5K over the years and when I send something back to them then you will get shock of your life
I will never deal and recommend this company again
simply their policy to treat customers disgusting
