Id just like to say a huge thank you to Amazon.co.uk customer service! They have efficiently and promptly sorted out a problem for me!

I had a Toshiba HDD Recorder fail - it was still in warranty, but a replacement product couldnt be sourced as it was no longer manufactured. After speaking with Toshiba I got back to Amazon, who quickly arranged a return and a full refund on the product!

Am always impressed with the efficiency of Amazon Customer Service - keep it up guys!! :)
