Approx 18 months after purchasing my PC from Palicomp, the DVD drive stopped working. I emailed Palicomp support and followed up with a phone call the next day. A real person immediately answered the phone, I wasn't put on hold in any queue, and within 10 minutes the problem was solved.
Problem diagnosed as a corrupted file (known Windows issue apparently) and solved by Palicomp's support engineer Ryan over the phone. This was all done within 24 hours of my reporting the problem. Now that's what I call good customer service.
