excellent corresspondence and service from start to finish. Kept me well informed of my order and when the ring arrived it certainly had the WOW factor! Sparkles beautifully I'll be back one day for a 1ct ring :o) Recommend this excellent trustworthy site to anyone wanting a high quality diamond at a fantastic price. I am most pleased. I liked the way the ring was presented in a beautiful solid pine box and the certification which accompanied the diamond was informative and reassuring that my purchase was indedd genuine. The follow up call was great and I was told that a lifetime service of cleaning and resizing of the ring would be available to me. This service would be provided FREE of charge! Couldn't ask for anything for from a fantastic website. I'll never buy a diamond from a highstreet shop again!
