Save yourself the hassle in the long run and avoid this company at all costs.
Their service status update never reflects whats actually happening on their messy infrastructure.
If they mess something up, which they regularly did on me then they simply shutdown their support ticket system so you can't get in touch with them.
When you phone them you get put through to some low-skilled, frontline call-centre who are simply reading from a script and not able to a) understand technical issues and b) capable of doing anything about it except repeating the same nonsense script over and over again.
