“Car not as paid for and no reply to e-mails”

Had lots of contact from this company so decided to give them a try. Paid for a Renault Clio or equivalent and recieved a Kia Picanto which is about the smallest car you can get. At no time was I advised that the car could be totally different to that paid for or I would have used a more reliable company. These cars are not similar in any way especially in size and a Kia Picanto won't even hold a suitcase in the boot, so when you have luggage for 3 people you have a problem. I e-mailed Do you spain twice and even offered to put it down to a bad experience and pay for an upgrade but recieved no reply. I would strongly advise people to avoid this company as they are impossible to reach once they have your money and the car you get will not represent what you have paid for.
