“NOCHEX - NO WAY!! STAY CLEAR!”

I was one of the first customers of Nochex, approximately 13 years ago, even before Nochex processed credit cards, when it was an account based payment system. When they started processing credit cards they approached me to use Nochex for debit and later credit card payments.

Nochex has not been a success story in any form for us. Although more popular 10 years ago, in recent years our clients have only used Nochex for payment on average once or twice a month. PayPal is now the most popular method for payment processing. We continued with Nochex purely as a service to Nochex customers but Nochex is now an insignificant processing system.

We have never had a chargeback - I REPEAT - We have never had a chargeback.

Now,Patrick and Jason from the Risk Team for no apparent reason (zero chargebacks) expect me to supply confidential, industry sensitive information regarding my business without any acceptance of responsibility if the information is passed on to a third party.

I have refused so they have threatened to restrict my account! What a total lack of loyalty to a long term, no problem customer. So after 13 years I will now close my account. They proved to me that Nochex is indeed a two bit company that deserves all of the bad publicity it has received.
