“Still waiting for Madonna tickets from viagogo...”

I am in the same boat with Edinburgh Madonna tickets in July. Event is less than a month away and I know they have all been posted (as I bought two seperately via ticket master for half the price!). Did you get your money back from viagogo? It's a terrible service and they don't answer any emails.
