Streamline have twice taken money from my account without notifying me, the first time yes I forgot to cancel the trial, but was refused a refund. This time is just stupid, they've taken £200 from my account, and are not replying to all of my support tickets, I called only to get a non english person telling me they would can see I requested to cancel 2 years ago and would let the team know to contact me. They haven't. So I'm paying for a service that isn't even being provided.
I hope this company goes bust as they are terrible and don't give a damn about their customers.
I have forwarded all details to watchdog, and I'm currently in the process of contacting Trading Standards.
