Renting a car is a pain in the neck. This was no worse than most. The rep was very thorough going over the dings in the vehicle which I appreciated. I got the impression that the vehicle had not be serviced or cleaned before we picked it up. There had been an accident to the front right fender and there was rubbish left from the previous renters. All in all the vehicle provided us with adequate transportation and we would rent from you again. The reps also removed the last two seats so that our luggage would fit.
