“Verbally Abusive when made to delivery to correct address”

Arrived at work to find card with no details except parcel left at local hotel? Rang and was told would be redelivered in 5 minutes. 1 1/2 hours later arrived and driver was verbally abusive and intimidating. Never use this company. I have his conversation on tape - make a good utube video I think.
