“Great communication and delivery”

Ordered an item from them which was in stock. I didn't pay for next day delivery but I received an e-mail that evening saying it had been despatched and giving me a tracking number. It was actually paicked up from their warehouse the next morning. I received regular updates from them telling me the day it would be delivered (next day) and on the morning of delivery I got an e-mail with a one hour time slot for delivery. The item arrived as described and in the hours window. Fantastic service - would definitely use them again.
