“Sheilas Wheels are incompetents”

Involved in accident where stupid git drove into side of my car while I was stopped. Through complete idleness of Sheilas Wheels in asking for valid proof, even viewing damage, spent full year trying to get old git to admit blame as he told his insurers it was me. Cars don't move sideways unless like him you're drunk!
I did all the chasing, Sheilas Wheels are untrained paper-pushers. They don't progress a claim in any way unless the claimant pushes them.
Common sense would suggest that where the dent on my car was I couldn't possibly have been to blame, but their incompetence dragged this out and ensured the old git sat blameless.
After a full year there was no explanation, just a return of my excess payment.
Wouldn't touch Sheilas Wheels for any insurance, certainly wouldn't recommend them.
