“Be weary”

Having used them a lot, as long as every thing goes well they are OK but if you want to query or complain they do not reply to you so you have to keep chasing them. Just settled a problem which took nearly 3 months for them to sort it out. Also though their prices are good the actual Hire company over charge you a lot for fuel also as it is very difficult to take a car back completely empty with their policy of not taking the car back full they are making more money out of you.
