Reservationcounter.com is a scam! I thought I was contacting Hilton directly to book a room. Customer service actually told me I was calling Hilton's direct reservation line. The hotel never received my reservation. They charged my account $320 and never filled the reservation. I was forced to book directly with the hotel and pay all over again. I am going to report they to the better business bureau.
