“painless sleep”

after having 4 lower vertebrae bone grafts and still in pain in bed trying to sleep, even after taking painkillers on a 6month old mattress advised to buy , by a relative, I had a overnight stay on a visit to my son in edinburgh.there was a double ergoflex mattress in bedroom [ all rooms have them...he can afford them.]
I woke up in the morning after the best sleep in ages and pain free , at night I thought the downie was thin and mentioned it to him , was told that many people have too thick a downie and overheat because of it and blame mattress.
I ordered one as soon as I came home and bought a 4 tog downie...a great combination , feels too light for a few minutes and then just right and warm.
glad I was told about downie.
