WRITE A REVIEW

“worst customer experience”

Heard no knock on the door discovred note in hall. Phoned centre to arrange redelivery for next day. Same thing next day no audible door knock just found card there - despite taking day off and being at home!
Trying to get through to the centre near impossible!!!!!!!!! Still waiting whilst I am writing this been at least 10 minutes maybe that is how they make their money on the 10p a minute telephone call?
The website doesn't recognise my 8 digit reference!!!!!!!!!!!!! sO i CANNOT ARRANGE TO COLLECT FROM A DEPOT..............
I do loads of internet shopping and this is the first delivery experience I have had issues with. I WILL CHECK WITH SUPPLIERS IN FUTURE, IF THEY USE YODEL I WILL PLACE MY ORDER ELSEWHERE!
