The only problem I had with the booking was I did not realise my initial on line "booking" was a request only and the flight had gone up £14 each by the time I got home and spoke to an agent.
Call centre staff were helpful and made sure all was in order before making the booking.
The e-mailed documents arrived as promised.
I received prompt answers to subsequent e-mailed questions.
I would book through Sunmaster again.
