“Absolutely A1 Service! Well Done!”

Three members of our Group (visiting Cyprus in early June 2012) used IMI Airport Parking for the first time. I am more than happy to highlight the excellent service we all received. The attendants to pick up the cars on the departure day were very courteous and got to us very quickly. They presented themselves clearly, and explained the process in clear and simple manner.

Similarly, on our return - we rang when we were collecting our luggage and they were almost waiting for us outside to hand over the car and keys.

I was particularly impressed with the quality of their service as on departure we left an iPad in one of the cars. Within 5-10 minutes they rang my mobile to notify me and ask if the iPad was intended to go out with us to Cyprus, which indeed was. The IMI rep duly drove back to the airport and handed the iPad over - again with utmost courtecy (and at no extra cost).

We will all be using them again next time we fly!
