“Easy Home Learning, yeah right!”

I was currently studying the GCSE Biology course. AVOID at all costs!

From the moment I enrolled, I have had nothing but PROBLEMS. The tutor was VERY UNHELPFUL, the folders sent are USELESS, contained repetitive information (as if it was copied and pasted from various text books) and OUT OF DATE as well as various other problems. I wrote a complaint letter (at least 2 and a half pages long) wanting a refund due to the POOR SERVICE I received and their recent response states: "I feel we have provided the required service and so will not be able to offer a refund."

I am writing this review for EVERYONE TO AVOID ICS. I am now waiting to go college in the hopes I can achieve what I want from there.

They are more for wanting to take your money than it is to provide a good service. I will NEVER EVER recommend ICS to anyone. I do not want anyone else to go through the STRESS and DISAPPOINTMENT I went through.
