I ordered a small Serene Tivoli double bed and was told it was out of stock with the suppliers for the next few weeks, I phoned a couple of times to check progress and each time I spoke to someone they were quick to answer and even phoned the suppliers to see when it would be back in stock. In the end it was not due in for a further few weeks, so cancelled my order. I asked them to find a bed that was in stock and that could be delivered the next day. They phoned me back and advised I could order a similar bed which I did and it came the next day. Am very pleasantly surprised with their call centre as I never had to wait more than a minute and if lines were busy you can leave a message and they phone you back! Have had many dealings with various companies and call centres over the years and Bed Centre Uk have outshone them all and will definitely recommend to others.
